  • a. The Health Insurance includes Major Medical, Hospitalization, Prescription, and other Benefits as explained in the Plan Document and Summary Plan Description Booklet.
  • b. Eligibility for The Health Insurance Benefits is the first day of the month following 90 days of continuous employment.

2. Life Insurance:

  • a. The Life Insurance Benefit is $15,000.00
  • b. The Life Insurance Benefit is effective on the first day of the month following 90 days of continuous employment.
  • c. There is NO COST to employees.

3. Dental Insurance:

  • a. Dental Insurance includes Preventive and Basic Procedures as explained in the Plan Document and Summary Plan Description Booklet.
  • b. The Dental Insurance is effective on the first day of the month following 1 year of continuous employment.
  • c. The premium for the employee is paid for by the company (Venezia). There is a weekly charge of $4.30 for dependant coverage.


4. Paid Holidays:

  • a. New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day….Escalating Pay Scale for Longevity, ranging from $125 to $175.


5. Vacation:

  • Must take first 2 weeks – option to cash in the 3rd, 4th, & 5th weeks. It is a “use or lose” it program, based on each driver’s anniversary date.
    • i. 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of continuous employment.
    • ii. 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years of continuous employment.
    • iii. 3 weeks paid vacation after 7 years of continuous employment.
    • iv. 4 weeks paid vacation after 15 years of continuous employment.
    • v. 5 weeks paid vacation after 20 years of continuous employment.

6. Personal Time Off:

  • Personal days can be earned on a yearly basis upon achieving Emerald Club Status – Must take these days – Paid at $150.00 per day, and cannot be cashed in.
    • a. Gold Status: 5 personal days
    • b. Silver Status: 3 personal days
    • c. Bronze Status: 1 personal day



Voluntary Benefits
The following Voluntary Beneftis are available to Full-Time employees:


1. Rider Program: $15.00 / month

  • a. No Pets
  • b. Rider must be 12 years of Age or Older

2. 401(K) Savings Plan:
  • a. All employees with 6 months of continuous employment and are 21 years of age or older are eligible to join the plan.
  • b. You may contribute up to 15% of your pay on a pre-tax basis.
  • c. Venezia will match $.50 for every dollar saved up to 3% of your pay.


3. Short Term / Long Term Disability Insurance:

  • a. Non-work related accident / illness insurance.
  • b. Short Term pays a monthly disability benefit for up to 26 weeks.
  • c. Long Term pays a monthly disability benefit for up to 2 years.
